My name is Cosmin Elefterescu and I am one of the 9 million people that live in London, UK. I’ve discovered product management more than 10 years ago and I’ve started to practice the agile principles about the same time. Throughout my career I’ve built products across multiple industries from betting and gaming to retail from oil and gas to co working. Most of the products I’ve managed have been large scale SaaS platforms that enabled enterprises to run mission critical components of their business. I’ve also implemented agile methodologies in several companies and I’ve set up processes for multiple development and product teams.

My main goal with this blog is to share my experience and to help junior product owners through the early days of their career. I’m also looking to help start up organisations to set up a properly defined product process that will set them on their path to success by being easy to scale and transparent.

I spend my free time playing with my kids, discovering new places (we love castles), cooking and trying out new restaurants, learning about cars and taking things apart.
